Located in the hills behind Nundle, Sheeba Dam was originally built for gold mining. This is a beautiful location for bush camping. There are good quality drop toilets but no showers. It’s a great spot for fishing, paddling and swimming. It has an undercover cooking area and is 11km from Nundle. There are a number of things to do in Nundle – a great pub and some lovely shops. At Sheeba Dam you will feel like you are really camping without the hassle of having to set up your own tent.

All sites are unpowered and you will need to bring your own drinking water.

Glamping New England can offer 5m queen suite tent for your own glamping adventure.

Each individually styled tent comes with wool or goose down doonas, pillows, all bed linen, floor rugs, throw cushions, bedside tables, lantern, solar lights outside the tent and chairs.

Extra single beds can be added to the tent, indeed the queen bed can be replaced with two singles if required.

This location is fairly remote – you will need to bring your own food, water and cooking equipment. To make your stay super easy, we can provide you with a cooking gear (including an esky and ice and some basic food items) or even a bbq kit with which includes a New England Brewery sausages, local lamb and local beef cuts, eggs from our own chooks and local pickles.
